We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes.

Cross-Border Disclosure of Personal Information

However, some of our trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud software providers) may have servers located overseas. When we disclose your personal information to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient complies with the APPs or is subject to similar privacy laws. Tax File Number (TFN) Information

Your Tax File Number (TFN) is sensitive information. We collect, use, and disclose your TFN in accordance with the Privacy (Tax File Number) Rule 2015. We only collect your TFN when it is lawful and necessary for tax administration purposes, such as preparing and lodging your tax return. We store your TFN with strict security measures and disclose it only to the ATO or as required by law .

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to ask for corrections if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date. To do so, please contact our Privacy Officer using the details in Section 12.
